Friday night..
Hey, me again. I just wanted to share with you that things in my family are changing. My mom don’t eat meat anymore, she watched Earthlings a few weeks ago and it was a wake up call for her. My dad don’t eat meat too but on christmas eve he ate fish (both of them eat dairy). The thing here is that my brother is a Nutritionist  and a meat eater. He watched Earthlings (until the part...

systematicpanic asked: Yeah i agree. When you think of all the things we commonly accept as being morally and ethically wrong, there was a time when majority of people accepted it because it was what everyone was doing, The slave trade. Racism and segregation. We look back on these things in horror, i think animal abuse will someday be the same. Einstein, Plato and Aristotle were all famous for saying the world cannot...

luciferandstrangerock asked: What should someone do with their leather product <shoes jackets>if they go vegan. I personally see it as a waste to throw it away and would be disrespectful to the animal. I just don't know how to explain this to people, or how other vegans/eco friendly people feel. So I was wondering what your take on it is.

systematicpanic asked: I started watching Gary's videos a few months after i went vegan, and he is quite literally incredible. I just think I'm lucky to be one of the few people compassionate enough to understand the cruelty of the world. humans are a horrendous species, so the fact that we have concious thought and moral choice isnt much of an argument for eating meat when you look at we do with our so called...

systematicpanic asked: after your response to that anon i think i love you! i'm used to people laughing at me for being vegan but when they say really ignorant things its great to be able to show them how thick skulled they are! being vegan is the best choice i ever made. never let anyone give you shit.

afrotastic-deactivated20120412 asked: Not being rude, just curious: why VEGAN, i mean, isn't vegetarian good enough. you aren't eating some lamb or something. I just find it slightly ridiculous that you would without from eating something like dairy products. I mean, how does that make sense?

I've been a vegetarian for a really long time now. the only issue with me being vegan is that I'm only 17 and still live with my family. they all refuse to eat anything healthy or even try new things like soy milk or other substitutes for daily used animal products.
